The best report to see this on is
Reports > delivery reports > product transactions
You can filter for Del Active (the delivery) as well as Trans Active (the transaction).
when carts are converted through the bulk conversion process, the delivery that is created has all its transactions archived, but the delivery itself remains Active until archived through POD
Warehousing > Proof of delivery > POD recorder
GRN's that are created through IT card processing have both the delivery record and its transaction lines Active. These transaction lines are archived as they are booked in. When you book in the last transaction line and press the archive button, the GRN delivery note is also arhcived.
Warehousing > goods receipts > pending GRNs > book in the goods note transaction
