You need the Imago User Profile (version 3.75) software to administration people accessing Imago. Once in the software click the New button in the left hand side. You can change the user login code created by the software by doubling clicking the user.
Rights to different parts of the Imago application are controlled by the second section. Initiially, new users are given rights to everything. Click on the correct radio button to reduce their access to a module or forms with in the section
